I ask this in the horse section because the things I will be selling is that country stuff, so the western rider may have ideas. I will sell my handmade glasses redneck cowgirl glasses of wine and cocktails. I am also going to sell some boot straps. I do not know what else yet. I can not put too much money on things so any ideas? And some ideas for names in the store? I thought that I could do some of the wood signs that say "we do not call 911" or "unless your god or George Strait, take your boots off" or other things. In essence – I guess you do not have a firm, but more product ideas? Here are my ideas: 1. "Hoggers" seems to be the new trend on the History / Science channel. First it was the loggers / AX men. Then it was pickers / auction. Then it was swamp / alligator. Now is the hogs, which seems to be a predominantly redneck activity. You can contact the show and sell their wares. You can make your own ideas for T-shirts or Hog Hunting Kit, much like "ghost hunting kit" from the previous show trends. Second Sell accessories for rodeo and horse show competitions. Things such as saddles, spurs, etc.
3. The south is very patriotic, so maybe something to do with it. I see a lot of "do not tread on me" flag, which I believe belong to a southern state. Maybe things like anti-Obama shirts or bumper stickers, rebel flags, etc.
4. Underground Country Music. Each garage sale has lots of CDs with underground Jamaican reggae music, Mexican music, so why not sell mixed CDs with tracks Country Bar? NY city streets are full of people selling underground "rap" mixtape, so why would not you do the same with country music?
